The Black Masks are a secretive, aristocratic organization based on Philotes Colony, which orbits Oneiroi. Its leader is Lady Heemstra, an Upyri musician and artist. They are one of the most illusive organizations in the galaxy, nowhere yet everywhere. Always able to get information in just the right ways, on almost anyone. The members of the Black Masks are just as mysterious as their leader, always wearing their signature masks and tailored black suits with white gloves. They do her bidding without question, completely loyal to her and her wishes.
To be invited to Philotes Colony is to be invited to join the ranks of the galaxy's elite. Anyone who is anyone might be there, and if they're not, that means they simply haven't got their invitations yet or have already declined.
